Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ingrid. I'm convinced I have Asperger's. I joined this site because I don't know where to go to get diagnosed or help and I thought this could help.

Hello! A mental healthcare professional is where you're going to have to start. Both a psychiatrist and a psychologist can do the diagnosis, but generally they're trained to do so, so you may have to search around to find one who is. Good luck and be honest on the tests! (It's a combination of verbal and non-verbal evaluation combined with several multiple choice style tests...takes a couple of hours. This is, of course, in my experience)
