I can fake it until I get too tired, or I think I can and then get told not to be so impatient. I'm not good at faking interest though. If I get bored, I will wander off and pick up a book. I've been told it's rude to do that.

Hi again!

Just want to give my ten cents.
For me the sollution were to find social contacts in a association around one of my "special" interrests. As my interrests circle around hamradio, electronics, hifi and IT, it's not that difficult... ;)
I actually think thats what made me have a somewhat normal life, and given me a chance to avoid the worst depressions.
Here hamradio were quite a good tool. As i could sit, at home, and "sociallise" without being to close to others, and still not feelin' alone! - And of course there were/are plenty to talk 'bout... :lol:
