I too was in the Navy, but back when few had ever heard of AS. Since I knew I didn't work well with others, I chose to go into intelligence. Only one other enlisted man and a handful of officers were even authorized to enter my work space. It worked out well because what I lack in social skills I compensate for with administrative skills. My superiors quickly learned that things worked out very well when I was let alone as much as possible. I got lucky.
