New Here.. Pretty sure I am an Aspie

Hello!

I actually started researching Asperger's in girls this weekend since my daughter (she is 3) is demonstrating some traits of being on the spectrum (toe walking, echolalia, lining up toys). Anyway, I was reading about it. What shocked me first of all was failing the Sally-Anne test and also reading about teenage girls aspies and thinking (holy moly, that was me). I also did the AQ screening and had a score of 38.

Anyhoo, I will be getting my daughter assessed and am debating getting myself assessed as well.

I like being quirky by the way!

I fake normalcy well (I think).. I am married, have a house, car and a job... However I still feel like I am playing "dress-up" when I try and look nice for work.

Forgot to say, my brother is an Aspie as well as my dad (undiagnosed) and most likely my grandfather (undiagnosed).
