hello my name is shiori and i have aspergers syndrome. i am afraid that by posting at this time, which is late at night where i am, my post will illicit few responses, but i did not want to wait until morning...

i am young (a teenager) and i enjoy reading science fiction novels and shoujo manga. i have a younger sister with low functioning autism whom i care for. i also have two older sisters, and one of them may be on the autism spectrum as well.

my username means "bookmark" in french and it is my nickname because i am always reading. i hope to make new friends here, and find support... thank you.

Hello. The meaning of the nickname makes even more sense that you'd be in the middle of a book figuratively while a bookmark is in the middle of a book literally.
