My sister's boyfriend's mum found a site like this for me, but it looks like quite an unactive forum, so I found this place somewhere from there and decided to join, basically...

I really like computers, programming being one of the main things, and I'm wondering if there's anyone around where I live who I could do it with, and stuff.

Hi new person! I am Steffy! I find that wrong planet is actually a very active site. My boyfriend and I (both undiagnosed aspies) are on here all the time. I find it very comforting to know that there are so many people like me. This site helps me to understand what I am going through and some tips to dealing. Of course, there are many random topics of discussion here, so feel free to dink around the website. I hope that you find comfort here!

I like computers too, but my programming skills are not that good. I took some classes, got As and Bs, but it makes my head hurt!

welcome to the WP- I hope someone can work with you on the 3D engine- is it like DAZ, Poser, Z-brush or one of those types of programs?

Programming is pretty hard, and most of the time I'm too lazy to do it

Sure! The programs I mentioned are more for 3-d figure artists, animators, etc. I like Bryce and Groboto more because those are scenic and easier to play around in. I forgot to add those two to the list. Groboto is my favorite! You can make abstract 3D structures in it that are just too coll for words, and it is a cheap program to boot.

My first programming class was Alice, which is a 3D animation program designed to teach programming basics. I enjoyed it a lot.

So go ahead with your ideas- I may or may not understand it. I do have a limited programming education: Alice, Visual basic, HTML, and some Linux code.
