Hi everyone, I just joined to get info from others and talk to others. I'm 32 and recently diagnosed which was not a surprise to me, or to my close friends and family when they read up on aspergers. I'm mostly trying to learn coping skills as lately obsessive behaviors, sensory issues and anxiety have all been an issue for me to the point where they are effecting even my work and relationships with others. I just seem to be on the hunt for info on coping on a day to day basis.
