Hi! I am new here, I was diagnosed with PDD-NOS in 2000, I tell people I have Asperger's because PDD_NOS is hard to explain and Asperger's the next closest diagnosis.

However, I am not sure if I REALLY have it or not, but I think so. I don't think I am NT, but I don't seem to quite fit in the aspie world either.

That makes perfect sense when explaining something to the NT--world. People with rare neurological diseases sometimes say they have MS, rather get than blank stares while trying to explain what they really have.
