I'm a 23 year old who finally learned of my aspergers about two months ago, just finished reading my third book about it and slowly getting over the ALIENATING DEPRESSION of this very relieving realization and actually beginning to be quite proud of being an ASPIE 
.
The biggest problem i have is living in an extremely dominant NT world its hard to find ppl to relate to or even have shared interests with. Sorry NTs but i find no use for celebrity popculture and reality television or even small talk, i've tried and tried but these things simply don't interest me. 
Hoping to find ppl maybe not on the exact same page as me but maybe somewhere close???
Does this situation sound familiar to anyone?
And, wondering if this site has helped provide comfort to its members?

Hello, and welcome. I hope you do find comfort on this site. But like every site there is always the odd disagreement or arguement here and there. That said, there will always be people on here to give support, though.
