Hi

I'm nezza and I'm here because A) I need help and B) I'm in a bit of a state tonight.

I am waiting for an aspergers assessment from my local NHS but tbh I feel pretty lonely.

I went out last night and felt so uncomfortable

Can anyone help? :cry:

@OP: Hi! Same problem here, still collecting strength after a LONG day out in the open... way too many people for 3 whole hours!
I'm forcing myself to listen to nice music, my brain has decided the only option is the big bang theory theme, but hey, whatever blocks the noise of thoughts is welcome, right?
