I'm Jason I am 19 years old. I think I have AS but I'm not sure and I will e going to my doctor next week to ask to get tested, I want to get tested because since leaving secondry school things have been going down hill. I got into university but it was really too much for me and dropped out. I want a job but I'm falling at the application hurdle. I just want some help in dealing being around people I don't know. I think I will be diagnosed with AS and APD because I have I do have a history of the symptoms of it from a counselor, teachers and being in special needs. I think its the lack of knowledge is the reason why I haven't been tested for it when I was younger and that I did well academically so every time I would say I feel something is wrong with me it was brushed under the carpet and I was seen as being silly for thinking of it.

I recommend in your research you look at any book by Tony Attwood.
