Hello everyone,

Ive been doing alot of research lately as I have alot of autistic traits to the point I took every quiz on the post on here and they all said 90% or higher chance of AS.

I did go and see my doctor and asked if I could seek diagnoses to find out for sure, but he seemed admit that I dont have any form of autism.

So i'm just looking for support or clarification in my life really as if I do have AS then it would explain an awful lot in life.

Anyway about me

I'm 27 Male live in the UK, into Computes and Gaming, Studying to be a games designer, I don't generally socalise but I will talk if I need to.

I dislike changes in somethings but am okay with it in others. I very much like to sign alot I also like to plan things to avoid last minute mixups.

Anyway thats enough babel from me for now.

Hey Dastudr. Welcome to WP. I was just thinking - do you think if there was no internet people would be forced to socialize more? I just got to thinking about that regarding your self diagnosis and your doctor believing you're not on the spectrum. I wonder, in other words, if we force ourselves to be non-social because of the ubiquity of the internet? Just something that makes me think "hmm."

Welcome to Wrong Planet Dastudr! Check out the many interesting and helpful forums here. There are even ones for computers, electronics, and gaming. Is the doc you went to experienced in working with people with Autism spectrum disorders? Sounds like he's not, so you may want to look into this further with someone who is. You are among friends here at WP!

Thanks for the replies, My doc said I am not the usually type he would associate with Autism, so not sure what that means but I can probably find out what he studying in / knows somewhere on the NHS website
