Hello its been about a year since i've logged on this site. Since that time my life has been transformed from feeling pretty dam depressed to enjoying life again.
I am posting this to hopefully help people and meet some aspies.
I guess what i've learnt in my life so far there is no amount of money that can generate hapiness It is still a constant battle for me to stay happy. But i try to keep myself busy these days.
I once had a well paying job but the stress from it and a girl breakup almost ended my life. I was pretty much sick for years and just couldnt get better. I became very weak and couldn't go anywhere.
Anyway i went through a whole lot of medicine changes and talking to people but nothing seemed to help.
I mentioned to my dad one day i've always wanted to learn to ride a horse and luckily he asked a farmer and i was allowed to ride there horse.
that went good and eventually i got my own horse. i lossed alot of weight and started feeling better. i met a people where i agisted my horse and helped out there and it kept me busy and happy.
Now im not saying go buy a horse and it will take away all your problems. But there is nothing in this world that makes me feel better then riding my horse.
There is a connection between me and horses. They are a flight animal and everything scares them naturally and there defense is to run away. i can really relate to how that animal feels and i can teach it how to not be scared and we can learn together how to not be scared of the world.
I have never looked after a animal well. But I have never missed feeding my horse or seeing him atleast twice a day.
Horses form a strong bond and I can say I often wish I had a girlfriend but the horse fils that empty spot. So why i am always looking i don't remain sad because i always have my horse.
A horse is a mirror to your soul, and when i look into my horse i see me.
I am starting to learn leather working now. spent too much on leather tack for horse, want to learn to do it myself.
I can also break in horses and i love doing cattlework horseback.

Welcome back to wrong planet, i know what it feels like to go from depressed to getting better, its quite an exciting change if you ask me xD And it sounds like you've been through a lot with getting sick and all that :/ I really like horses since i also seem to have a connection with them, i also have that with cats, not with dogs though. But its pretty awesome that you can connect with horses like that, and that you're trying your best! Anyway before i start to ramble,
