Hello Everyone.

I found this site from an article that I was reading while researching Asperger's Syndrome. My wife is a Speech and Language Pathologist and works with children who have Autism. She always says "people first, Autistic is an ic-ky word"

Anyway, she every once in awhile mentions some similarities I have with her students who have been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome.
I'm not sure if she is joking or not. I sent her to a link for an article that interviews the guy who wrote "The Journal of Best Practices: A Memoir of Marriage, Asperger Syndrome, and One Man's Quest to Be a Better Husband" and she said "I have to read this book, this is sooo you"

I have concluded that, perhaps, I do have some (well a lot) A/S tendencies and finding this forum to learn will be a great help with some questions I have. I do not intend to pursue an official diagnosis.

Hello and welcome to WP. I'm new here and undiagnosed too. I've also got a wife who insists I probably have Asperger's Syndrome.
