This is about cell phones and hugs.
In lack of something more physically concrete, something more resembling vicinity in a nutural fashion, like dogs that sniff each other, and chimps grooming and giraffes licking their little calves, I am glad to receive some e-mail, some phone calls some time, letters hand written and mailed with a stamp (these are practically disappearing). Having said this, I would like to know how much the e-mail is going to substitute physical, face-to-face contacts for us. Is virtual communication going to decrease or increase our nearness? Of course for reproductive purposes you cannot rely on electronics for now. But affects (or gut relationships)?

Cell phones, except for some practical buisiness - the plumber announcing he is coming at a certain hour to repair your leak, or a friend you have to meet in the crowd. or and other cell phone you have to trace - cell phones I really hate them.
