Hello everyone at WP, I'm new to the site and hope to get to know some of you!

I am 22 years old (male) and I was diagnosed with Asperger's when I was about 10, however, I have always been told that I am on the "high functioning end of the spectrum". Its very difficult to "rate" myself on an Aspie scale, but most people don't even know I have a diagnoses unless I tell them.

I live in Massachusetts, just outside of the city of Worcester, and as for my screen name, that comes from my career in the fire suppression industry.

I think I'll leave it at that for now, I don't want to start rambling!

**Just for fun, who thinks they can pronounce "Worcester" properly? Those of us in the Bay State love to poke fun of how non-locals say it.

Welcome to Wrong Planet. I was diagnosed 3 years ago at the age of 10, and I joined Wrong Planet a few weeks ago.

It's like Wou (like in would) and stir (like in stir the pot) right? I'm all the way on the other end of the country, though, so I could be wrong!
Also, welcome! :)

You would be correct, wow, I didn't think anyone would guess correctly so fast! .....and from the complete opposite end of the country! lol Good job

.....maybe I should throw a few more out there, my state is notorious for having names that are pronounced nothing like how they are spelled.

I appreciate the welcomes. :)

Edit: Actually, now that I think of it, that was sort of a trick question. It can be pronounced the correct way, or as we locals say it with our accent "Wusstah!" I know, we Bay Staters are a strange bunch.
