Hello, what are your experiences of *supported* employment?
I'm in Hastings, East Sussex.

Helpful? Any firms you can suggest?
Pointless? Any firms you'd say to stay away from?

Many firms pay lip-service to inclusion & promoting disability, but the reality's a bit different in the trenches the way I see it.

I didn't recognize the term when I read this yesterday, either. Perhaps it is a non-US term for something like "assisted/flexible workplace environment?"

The information I have been able to glean is that this is similar to vocational rehabilitation in the united states
