Hi, I'm new!

Hi everyone, I'm new to these boards. I'm in my 20's and biologically female, I've just been diagnosed with severe ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome (although with the DSM 5, I don't know what's going to happen to that). It was a huge relief to me when my new psychiatrist said she suspected I have a developmental disorder of some kind because I've been so strange all my life but I didn't know what to think of it. I'm really glad I found this place. It's nice to be here.

I've been to the good doctor's house in La Jolla, I was born pretty close in fact! Basically all my doodling though 8th grade followed his style

Thanks, guys! Cberg, that is so great! I'm such a huge fan of all of Dr Seuss' books. His books are one of the reasons I can get over myself and volunteer at the library as a story teller, because I LOVE any chance I have to read them out loud. It alarms my mom a little less than my suddenly stopping in front of her at home and reciting random passages from "One fish two fish" to her.
