Hello,
I was member on here years ago, but I stopped signing in. I really struggle with posting on forums, but as I've been reading on here for a while now, I thought it was time to say 'hi' again. I lost my password and it seems to be unrecoverable due to my email address closing too. So, I'll start again.

I found out I probably had Aspergers Syndrome 10 years ago, but decided not to go for a diagnosis. I've decided its time now and I've started the process. I decided to join in the local Aspergers and Autism Social Group as I was struggling with life, being lonely and its been great to get out of the house and be with people who don't treat me as I'm weird or like a child.
I'm a single mother to a teenage girl, who has been my main source of support, she's Miss Amazing! I understand she's growing up and she can't be here for me forever. She desperately wants me to meet some friends so she won't worry about me when she goes off to uni.
