Hi! I am a 22 years old french girl who currently lives in the Netherlands.

I am a self-diagnosed aspie, currently in the process of getting an official diagnosis. I have always suspected that something was "wrong" with me, something really different about me, but it is only recently when I met an autistic guy that I started to put the pieces together and slowly realized that there was a name (and a community!) for my difference. It's a relief to know that the difficulties I face are not simply due to a "not trying hard enough" attitude (although I've always done my best to fit in...)

I also happen to have narcolepsy and that doesn't make my life any easier haha :p (I'd be happy to explain what it is in details for those interested by the way)

Anyway my special interest is... gaming! I also really love computer science, and I try my best to combine the two to earn a living by having my own indie game company!

That's pretty much all I can think to say about myself at the moment, but feel free to ask me anything.


PS: Please do not hesitate to correct any mistakes, as English is not my native language and I am doing my best to improve it!

Normally I would just leave it at that, but you're a gamer and you said "ask me anything." Those are dangerous words around a person like me; they might set me off into unintentionally one-sided rant about one or several games. Joking aside, what platforms do you play games on?

I actually love one-sided rants about people's favorite games! It's really interesting to see how other people experience gaming. You would think that working in an environment full of game developpers would lead me to such discussion everyday... but apparently, I was wrong!
I game on a... a lot of platforms. I would say most retro consoles (NES to Playstation 2 era, with pretty much every console of every brand in between), PC (mostly indie games on Steam [Bless Humble Bundle!!]. My favourites at the moment are Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth and Don't Starve) and my beloved 3DS (with Super Smash Bros and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire).
Obviously not all at once in any given moment (I tend to focus on one game for weeks or months, reading every little trivia and details about it). But this gives you an idea of what I know about.


I guess it is appropriate welcome message for someone with such a weird language background!
