Hi There,

I'm another new member here to say hello.

I've been on plenty of forums before but this has a strange kind of AA meeting feel about it.

Hello, my name is Dan... and I'm an Aspie:) I hail from Australia - grew up in Sydney, but now live in Hobart (Tasmania). It's wonderful to find a site where so many others share my world-view.

It's always the way isn't it? I've never met another aspie before in my life and then one day I come across 10,000 at once! C'est la vie...

Would be great to meet other Australians (especially Tasmanians), and anyone obsessed with English football (the real, round ball kind) like me!

Hello Dan,

I have my own Daniel who is 7 and has Asperger's. We live in Queensland.

Re the round ball football ....... my husband is obsessed with it!! He plays soccer, watches soccer and dresses in soccer clothes (Manchester United). He has supported Manchester United for about 30 years.

In fact, I gave birth to my first child wearing a Manchester United outfit!!

My husband's father and brother talk about soccer non-stop. You'd get on well with them.
