An Introduction from a Lost New User

Hello to those who happen to read this.

I was told to try this site as I've been increasingly struggling with Asperger's issues recently, and I'm not too sure where to start.

I'm hoping I can feel somewhat welcome here, as most places I go I feel an outsider. Your patience would be appreciated.

Incidentally, for now I'm choosing to remain somewhat anonymous so as not to connect to my existing online presence. The less people I know who can find this, the better.

Anyway, if anyone would care to help me out with getting started, I'd be extremely grateful.
