Hi,
I'm not really new, although I doubt anyone remembers me. I've been away for a while and kind of forgot about this place! Probably because I forgot to bookmark it on my laptop when I went away to University. I'm back now and I figured I'd post here because I'm a little nervous about jumping right back in.
I'm 24, currently living in a studio flat at university after FINALLY getting up the courage to move away from home! I was diagnosed with AS at age 14 after dropping out due to a nervous breakdown caused by bullying and sensory overload (I have pretty severe sensory integration dysfunction).
I'm female, but prefer to regard myself as androgynous or male, as I find gender pretty meaningly and feel more comfortable that way.
I'm into computers, gadgets, graphical design, web design, aviation, biplanes, video games, forum debate, collecting merchandise and bottle caps, Sonic the Hedgehog, Batman, music, writing and a number of other nerdy pastimes such as chess, puzzle-solving and sudoku.
I'm willing to talk to pretty much anyone who would like to chat with me! Please tell me if I'm babbling on about things too much; I'm not good at being precise!
I'm looking forward to getting involved in this wonderful community again!
