Hey all! I'm new to this site and just looking for a community of like-minded people to be a part of and to talk to. A little bit about me:

- I really like anime
- I play the piano
- I'm goth/alternative
- I'm very passionate about animals and caring for them
- Music is really important to me. I listen to a lot of europop or anything that has an alt feel to it
- I have tattoos/piercings. Something else I'm passionate about!
- I have a degree in religion and did some graduate work relating to that so if anyone would like to discuss that kind of stuff hit me up (Note: I am an atheist but I still very much enjoy the discussion of theology/philosophy)

I'm currently unemployed and having problems finding suitable work for myself. I've spent 6 years working in foodservice/retail and I hated every second of it. I really couldn't handle the high stress of that kind of work. Right now I'm taking some time off from working to try to focus on myself and better myself.

I'm so glad a community like this exists! Looking forward to interacting with y'all on here c:

I like your screen name! I'm a cat lover, too! How many cats do you have?

Unfortunately I do not have any right now. I'm not allowed to have any where I live. I used to have two. A four year old female and the other one is currently a six and a half month old male (the male I had rescued as a three week old kitten that was abandoned). My ex kept my cats but they are doing well and getting properly taken care of c: I am in the process of trying to volunteer at a no-kill shelter so hopefully that will happen soon!

I don't have any indoor cats now either, as my last one passed away last year. I have had many cats who have had long lives. My oldest was Samantha, a 20 year old Siamese.

I love animals and have no job xD I'm kind of a Celtic pagan (defacto atheist, I believe "gods" are anthropomorthic forces of nature, and I'm more of an animist). I was non-religious but it just clicked with me like no other form of religion has.

That's great that you have something that works for you! I think religiony/spiritualyness things are important and stuff. My brain is currently mushy otherwise I would say something more profound xD

Welcome to WP! I haven't been on here in 2 years myself but it's a fairly good place; some threads will be kinda dead but others are still active at times

I do hope you'll enjoy your stay and find new friends, maybe something more than that and importantly enjoy one anothers company!
