Hi all - I'm glad I found this space. I'm a 44m - diagnosed ADHD-C and ASD at 39. I've spent the last five years trying to understand and live according to my limitations instead of white knuckling my through life masking. I enjoy reading fiction and non fiction, am a life long curious learner, and really enjoy movies and series, the more though provoking the better. I do struggle with loneliness at times, which based on what I've read here and other places is common. Please feel free to message if we have any common interests.
