Hobbies and Interests: reading, drawing, writing, philosophy/religion,politics, psychology,anthropology, the outdoors, photography
Why are you here?: I am ADHD/Depression/Disgraphia/ Aspergers tendencies
When were you diagnosed: long story, last time it was changed, was January of 2006, but the AS diagnosis was given sometime back in 2003-2004.
Favorite subjects: Existentialism, Anthropology, Psychology
Year/Grade: college freshmen
Favorite music: death metal, power metal, some industrial/prog, reggae, hardcore punk, rap, and some black metal.
Books: 1984, Dune, Lord of the Rings, Stranger in a strange land, Steppenwolf, Narcissus and Goldmond, The Fall, and anything Nietzche.
TV shows/Movies: THX 1138, V for Vendetta, the Matrix Trilogy, Conan the barbarian, total recall, and lots more. As for T.V. probably daily show and colbert report.
Instrument: ive tried a few, but never got very good.
Do you like sports? If so, which ones?: i like to run, rock climb, kayak, swim.
Family: My mom, Dad (ver likely has Aspergers), a stepdad, and a 16 year old sister, without any diagnosis.
Clothing: I like expensive, stylish things, when i can afford them, but since im unemployed and in college, and i get whatever looks cool to me.
How did you find this website?: i hate to say it, but i saw it on somethingawfuls weekend web (not here to make fun though)
Job: None at the moment.
Plans for the future?: i want to get involved with Aspergers/Autism research and treatment, either in neurology, or psychology, im also interested in doing occupational/physical therapy as well.
Any comments: Just glad to see there was somewhere like this on the web. I've managed to cope with my Aspergers tendancies well enough for ppl not to notice them, so i never bring them up with ppl in the real world, so im glad theres somewhere else i can discuss/deal with them.

Nice to meet you Andy! I enjoyed reading Narcissus and Goldmond as well...Hermann Hesse used to be my favourite author in my teens...
I am intrigues by the connection between neurology and autism...and I am interested in therapeutic work as well...I find art therapy, dance therapy, drama therapy to be very interesting...
