Of course I'm talking about the movie! I don't remember Anthony Hopkins appearing in the book
Also - that was a truly agonising pun.

Cute things tend to be a bit dangerous.
Else, they're just pathetic.

Like tiger cubs. Actually, I wonder how well the tiger cubs at Dreamworld are doing. I should look that up.... :)

You know, I'm beginning to wonder if you two ever sleep. I spend an ungodly amount of time on WP, (I just don't post that often. I'm a lurker.) and yet you both seem to be here from the moment I log in to the moment I go to sleep...
Sure you both aren't secretly advanced chatbots?

IF you are on, why shouldn't we be?

Not saying you *shouldn't* be, I just find it incredible that you manage to be on here the whole time I am, and then when I wake up and catch up on what I missed... there are even MORE posts from you both! It's quite impressive, really.

Ok, I'll admit my secret. I'm actually a grad
student (or was until recently), and we don't
need sleep.

Actually, I'm on WP on and off from about 8 am to 11pm. The benefits of being a student. But I'm in a different time-zone to you, violentcloud.

Ah, so our common factor is student life. I'm on WP intermittently between 2pm and 6am on most days, but 8am and 2am on a lecture day. My lectures don't last long, so even then I spend most of the time lurking on WP. It's generally running in the background while I do my work or play games, and I just check all the forums I've posted in every now and then. It's official, I have NO life of my own.

You mean no social life. I don't have much of one myself anyway.

I have a social life. I went to the arcade with a group of people after work today.

...who... uh, all happen to be related to me.

Arcades still exist... 8O

I have a social life with a dwindling number of friends/family... it's not much.... but about all I need.

And it's a good one, I think!

It actually reminds me a lot of high school. In a good way, I mean. High school was pleasant for me, socially.

Eh. I like reality better, but this has to do.

I was supposed to go to HS.
So, I pretty much avoided it.

Though, I enjoyed playing cards
there.

This is reality. It's just not face to face.

And if you really liked that better, wouldn't you be there?

I think I know what you mean though. This is more comfortable for me because I don't need to bother worrying about eye contact and other such things. I can actually get to know people and/or banter about the things I like, instead of talking about things that do not actually interest me. I don't have to pretend to be anything I'm not. But there's still something missing.
