Pain is good. It lets you know which part of your body is ****ed up. Doesn't mean I want to experience it, I'm not a masochist. Quite the opposite. It's just that there is a biological imperative to be able to feel pain.

I read this thread last night and all this talk about fire and spawning and such made me have an amazing dream that I was in an RPG game-style world.
Starring Quatermass as a gunslinging loner. 
I wish I could remember more, because it really rocked. I had fire magic, and with the help of a special bubble wand I could blow fire bubbles at the enemies. We kicked orc butt and cleared out a tunnel leading to a new area... but then I woke up.
