So much for different strokes for different folks. :? As long as QM isn't flaming the gay members on this site I don't think it's bannable just because he's a little homophobic.

By the way Mr. Mark, do you accept my apology for assisting the derailment of your thread? I don't think you've answered yet.

I took MrMark's comment as a joke. Was it not?

It was a bannable offence. You didn't know who the comment was directed at.

Wait, are you saying that he was talking about banning calandale? I didn't see that the first time, I read it like he was thinking about banning you.

By the same rules you should be banned too. I wonder what all those latin insults actually mean, I know some of it is just plain gibberish, but still...

He has banned Calandale, but not with an IP ban.

:D

This Mod and ex-Mod in-fighting must really put off new members, apart from bringing a general air of misery to the place. Couldn't this kind of thing be conducted in private in future?

It shouldnt have had to happen in the first place, but its the only way to deal with the over and selective moderation that a certain moderator chose to take. Banning Calandale was a bad thing, what really should have happened was certain mods were replaced by wiser people instead.

I would be a little worried about any new Mods (I'm not a fan of any kind of authority really) but the last time we had a host of new Mods was a disaster as the summer proved, apart from a few of them.
I thought TM1 was an excellent Mod, it's a great pity he's no longer here :(

Directed at you I suppose, not sure, calling you homophobic, which I know is not true, was that a reason enough to ban someone? or was that a personal reason? sorry but I don't really see it, did he break any specific rule worth to ban according to the TOS?

This thread has become into personal attacks to each other, so both people involved in this argument should be to blame, not just one, wouldn't it?
