Account registration issues.

I have a friend wishing to join the forum. He has had issues with registering,

He types in the code and no matter how many times he tries it does not seem to work.

He sent me the details he wishes to use to create his account and i tried to set it up as well, to no prevail for the same reason.

Anybody got suggestions?

Are you saying that there is a problem with the captcha code?

Yeah that is the issue.

I have tried taking the higher and lower case into account and neglecting it.

Both approachs seem to give an error on my system and my friends system.

Since you are a mod, can you create the account with a random passport so my friend can then change it later?

if that is against the rules then i understand.

Can you create it for him?

Put in the code for him and then hit next. If he is an internet friend, can you still create it for him using his email and all he has to do is activate his account and change his password?

This is what i tried to do but the code always seems to come up with an error.
