General fixes June 30th

fixes:

*added a "Diagnosis" column to the memberlist.
* fixed news comment profile link to link to forum profile
*made custom buttons for the ::Blog block in blogview.php
*removed people pic from the PM button to create more space in member list module and to make it look less like PHPBB2
*changed gradient background (cellpic3.gif) and font color for table header
