I seem to be getting this message a lot of the times that I post a message. does everybody else get the same thing? What can be done to prevent it from happening? Can it be fixed?

Indeed, it has happened a few times but the post has always gone through and there are no problems with reply notifications ("topic watch information" suggesting "watching for replies", though anyone more technically minded, please correct me!)

It's a database thing I believe, it just needs to be updated really.
