Captcha prevents me from using this site for weeks

Hi guys,

I have just spent 15 minutes writing a looong juicy post and again I cannot do anything because when I click 'I am not a robot' it does not work! Last time I tried to reply to private message I had to wait like 3 weeks before being able to come back and reply - I was sure your site is down.

I mean, I am not a robot, so why does this tick box verifies me one day, and then as if it says 'hmm you are not a normal human either'. I am offended!

Please fix that bug

Back then I cleared my cache, history, reset my browser, then the system, went for a pee, came back and still unable to post it. As you can tell I really wanted to reply to that question that was addressed to me.

Do you have any other suggestions for future as to not cut me off this forum for weeks?

I get this sometimes but couldn't figure out why, so as a precaution I now automatically highlight and copy my post, so if it doesn't work and pops back up with a clear box and my message missing, I can just paste it back in until it finally posts my message!! If it does play up it usually does still post after a few attempts of doing this but still annoying!

Yes I know I copy the post text now too. Sometimes I am able to go back in a browser and try to post again.

I noticed that when I tick the box quick vs slow it works 100% of the time. Does anyone know how this captcha verifies if I am a robot? I mean how does human tick a box vs a bot?
Or bots cannot tick it but this one is simply not working?

I have the same problem. I can't post because I get that "are you a robot?" thing. I've been trying for an hour or so to post the message that I saved on my clip board. I wonder if I'll be able to post here.

Wrong Planet seems to have a newfound aversion to longer posts. I've been experiencing a similar problem with one of my drafts for about a month now; the only difference is that CAPTCHA goes through just fine, but redirects me to an "Access forbidden!" error page regardless of the action I take with my post. Perhaps a bug in the system?
