What is dev.wrongplanet.net, and why do I have access to it?

Dunno, but it is not secure , there is no encryption so don't enter your password if you on dev.wrongplanet.net

I suspect the dev site points to a similar codebase, but not exactly the same one. It's probably a site used to preview code changes prior to moving them to the "live" site.

It shows up in a DuckDuckGo search, so it can be seen by anyone.

how do you know it only started showing up only now? do you have screenshots of searches you've done in the past where the dev site was not part of the results returned?
