I believe he has an outstanding bill from the California university system.

I hate to say it: but I believe most of his credits earned are probably untransferable because of the outstanding bill---as well as the time lapse between him passing the courses, and now.

...RU loves to snipe at me...and put me down, and vicariously glory in the thought of things being taken away from me. He liked to ignore obvious solutions, too...such as an electric wheelchair which could help with reaching time-sensitivr 5hing Arvin. I am more addressing people who are friendly to me there.
I will say more later, but there'd been much posting difficulty!

He did go to college.

He just never had the "college experience." Independence without too much obligations.

A dorm room, parties, girls, an intellectual atmosphere, etc.

I don’t know if he has two years of credits. He might have went part-time and gotten one year of credits.

I went for 8 years and got 4 years worth of credits. I didn’t get the “college experience.”

I did meet some nice professors who are my friends even to this day.

ASS-P wanted to get the “college experience” like other kids he knew in his neighborhood.

...I went to cc in Westchester County, in New York State, in 1978/"79-'80. There was no unpaid bill problem whatsoever. I never went to any form of college in California. Period. The dispute between myself and the CA govermnent did not involve unpaid college bills at all, however, the existence of this perceived - by CA - debt might prevent me from being admitted to any UC or CSU campuses.

My mistake. Sorry. I assume that’s why you were having trouble with the Cali senior colleges.....

You should inquire whether you can get the credits tranferred—though I doubt you could because it’s been almost 40 years since you went.

I waited until 1997 to go back to college.

He wanted to “go away” to college like his friends did.

Instead, he had to live at home while commuting to college.

He grew up in a rich place that probably scorned community college.

Though, in my opinion, community college is just as good as “regular” college.

I bet Ezra’s going to community college.

I bet you’ll do fine.

But you’re smarter now. More mature.

And you will get accommodations.
