i have no idea what i'm supposed to be doing in class for my buisness c/w, my buisness teacher told me to get my work so he can help me know what to do, then walks off and doesent help. he litterally doesent teach us, he just offers help and then leaves.

everyone who is passing the class is getting help from other teachers.

First thought. Have you brought this to the professor's attention? It may be that he/she is inexperienced and does not realize there is a problem. If the professor is unwilling to help you (and you need to demonstrate that you have at least attempted to address the material), then you could consider asking someone to introduce you to a teacher who is helping them. Do not do this except as a last alternative, however. Professors within the same department talk to each other, and going behind a professor's back is going to be seen negatively, unless you've made a serious attempt at seeking his/her help.

I had a few teachers like this in high school..and for some reason one of them in particular would always get extremely mad at me if I questioned her. She would yell at me for fidgeting in my seat and I sometimes doodled all over my papers without even realizing it and she would yell at me for that too..in other words, she was the devil.

In college, I have had several professors who did the very same thing as your teacher...gave work but didn't explain it or just said "okay take notes" and wouldn't tell you what would be on the tests or anything. The first time this happened in a class I totally freaked out and failed the first exam, but as time went by I just started writing down everything he said and studied and tried to remember everything in my notes. It wasn't pretty or pleasant, but I ended up passing with a B..which made all my tears worth it! This has been my college experience so far..freaking out, studying while freaking out, and then feeling a sense of accomplishment when I pass the classes with a high grade..hopefully my grades stay good.

Have you tried going to the teacher and asking him for help? If that failed, I would suggest taking good notes and utilizing books and the internet to find more information on your subject or things you feel you might need to know. If you know anyone who has taken the class before you, maybe ask them for some tips.

I've been discouraged by several people to change my major bc they don't feel I will be a very good counselor and I've had some professors that seemed to single me out and enjoy picking at me for funsies bc I'm awkward as hell, but what I am aiming for is the feeling of accomplishment I will get when I prove them all wrong :)
