Distrust in the IEP and school counselors

Well, I'm new here and I don't want to say much because I have no idea if there's a topic already on this subject, but in short, I really, really, really don't like the IEP. Or the school counselors. My main issue is that the school has done absolutely nothing for my various social issues (or the few behavioral issues that do cause problems) even though I have requested several times for help. Instead, they have only cared about my grades, regardless of whether or not they have been decent.

I won't say much more until I know for certain that there's not already a topic on this already. Yeah, I'm new, and too lazy to read the policies on this. Oh, well.
