If it's just a sort of project, where you have to 'fix' a behaviour and write about it, make one up. Bear in mind, most of your year is probably NT, so they may just be looking for something as trivial as 'I will try to get up earlier in the mornings' or 'I will try to do 20mins of exercise a day'- don't give away your innermost secrets.
LOL! That reminds me I had to do an autobiography once for Psychology class she wanted "Your first bike ride" *insert something stupid IMO* I wrote I was born X day have Y health problems Z behavior problems and these are my birth/toddler/school/child/adult life experiences up to this point. (4,000+words later was supposed to be minimum 3,000) LOL! Ya I go to far sometimes. LOL!
