This is a type of low-key leadership. You ask one or two people on the dorm floor if they'd be interested. And then you make one or two phone calls.

And that's generally it. You don't invest that much into it. You keep a light touch throughout.

Because, you see, in the same time you could do one potential project with a heavy, ponderous touch, you can light-touch three potential projects. And that's generally better. In fact, the project generally goes better because you're both sending and receiving as you go about it, you're keeping a good disposition, it's all a light adventure, etc.
