i find it hard to speak up when i want to express my opinion. if i do speak then my words are half spoken, half mumbled. it's not that i'm too shy to speak but i just can't speak up.

anyone else have this problem?

I used to have a big problem w/ that. It got easier though after watching massive quantities of professional wrestling. The way that I got over that was to just slow down the thought process of my brain (which is extremely hard btw) and then attempt to say what I had to say. I still have trouble fumbling over my words, because my mouth doesn't move as fast as my brain does. My main problem now is knowing when to shut up.
