Trying to deal with that other ADA person at the job
Very tricky situation. But she is basically firing herself by her behavior. This persistence is way past normal. She might simply not have the social skills to keep any sort of job. You don't really know what is wrong with her, do you? "Seizure disorder" is a very vague term, and it might come with other disabilities and/or brain damage. Also, there are people out there who have several conditions, yet doctors won't add to the diagnosis soup, sometimes thinking that it is not necessary because the person is getting services anyway, or they relate absolutely everything to the primary diagnosis even when it's got nothing to do with it.
What you don't want to do is spend a lot of time talking with your colleagues about her - before you know it, you are the mean one.
Just keep forwarding emails, letters and suchlike to management. Employees are supposed to handle small interpersonal conflicts without bothering management, but this is a big one, and quite out of the ordinary.

Exactly she is going around telling people of her disorder. I can't diagnose her but we all do know she has problems.
After the situation we me she still tries to talk to me here and there but I avoid her or refuse to talk to her.
Now she has moved onto a new target our deaf coworker. She started to get the email harassment and going as far as putting her hands up in a hallway to block our deaf coworker from passing.
My deaf worker put her blast going off on her calling her a crazy stalker but this girl still is harassing her.
Me and my deaf coworker went out drinking and she was telling me she thinks it's cause she is deaf that this crazy lady doesn't understand, 'stop' so she is bringing in an intrepreter to tell her off.
Reason I remembered the thread because the interpreter just arrived.
