ASM smith told a servant that if the servant gave smith a "link", smith would give the servant a "homer". ("political corruption"). store manager cristina wrote smith an "appreciation" slip later on, for training new hires. (but that's part of smith's job.) smith shouldn't get an award just for doing her job, unless everyone doing their job also got awards. cristina also said she takes smith out for coffee every week. (having sex with the boss)

the hallway only has boards for three categories of awards: sales, specialty and department. they used to also have: operations, safety. things like that.

the first day of the month was yesterday.

in september, i only got one Bravo, and it was from Cashier DS. even CXM bao didn't gimmie one for turning in the lost purse. some cockroaches wrote some spiders some Bravos for allegedly doing the slightest thing, such as wearing PPE. (double standards). anyone could write anyone a Bravo, and anyone could write any number of bravos.


(former) asm dave told (former) supervisor sue and pro cashier jenny that if a customer did not come back and pay, he would write them both up. later, jenny got a homer.

The hallway only has posters of Sales, Specialty and Dept servants of the month.

I am never going to get servant of the month because I am not in those categories

Maybe home Depot can no longer financially afford to pay for all those servants of the month

Still I could use some good old recognition

I haven't gotten even a homer award, much less servant of the month, since December 2020. When I got a homer award, it was when everyone got a homer award

I've been a lot attendant for five years minus two days

That's longer than all 40 other lot attendants that have worked there during that time, exceptions: Daniel and tattle tale tom

Great attendance and hardly ever use sick hours

Only one write up and it was unjustified

Other lot attendants like tattle tale tom and lazy boy Steve on the phone a lot or just standing around flapping their stupid lil trap

Haven't ever seen Roy or Ben sweep

Saw tattle tale tom sweep with a broom only once the past year


Meanwhile Smith got promoted from front end supervisor to customer manager to ASM in the past five years

She's "smooth talking" and "talks a good game " but she's lazy and stupid and rude. She doesn't care about anyone except herself

asm gabriel had the nerve to give Receiving associate Yao a "bravo" award for "asking for loading assistance.

i have asked for loading assistance plenty of times and other servants:
had the nerve to ignore me
had the nerve to tell me "i am not a slave"
"are you helping me or am i helping you"?

the vast majority of the time, those lazy, scorekeeping idiots have the nerve to refuse loading assistance. they acted like i asked for an organ donation.

and when those lil cockroaches *do* provide loading assistance, they have the nerve to put on "smoke and mirrors" (song and dance) and act like they dragged my worthless corpse out of a burning building.

only a couple times did someone gimmie a "bravo" award and Gabriel has yet to give me one.

besides, after the "wrongful accusation" two and a half weeks ago, gabriel "should" be on his stupid lil knees *begging* me forgiveness and *begging* me not to tattle on the Store Manager or the District Head Regional Manager.

Anyone could give any one an award for anything. And an unlimited number of awards

Yesterday Angela d had the nerve to tell me that I was doing a "great job" and "you are being noticed" by Gabriel and Alicia

The most is a homer award but I have not gotten one since 2020

Gabriel and Alicia don't control promotions and raises

Besides I might not even want a promotion because all the supervisors and managers full time
