I think I may be getting a job at the movie theatre this Summer. I want to take a job as a projectionist there. My Occupational therapist I work with tells me I may have to start small and work my way up, but I think I can accelerate myself. However, God forbid I work at the snack bar, I sometimes hate working with food with my hands. What do you think about this job?

I don't think you would only be hired as a projectionist. I have a friend who works at a movie theatre, and she says that she has to do different jobs. In other words, you probably WOULD have to work in the snack bar sometimes. If you have sensory sound issues, then try to work more at night. That way if you have to work the snack bar, it'll be adults rather than screaming kids. Yes the snack bar wouldn't be fun, but you'd get used to it... I worked at a telesurvey place in high school, and I eventually got used to it...
