Since they are interviewing Thurs./Fri. I doubt I get it. They need 3 people. My last job (my 1st) was Mcdonald's but that lasted 3 months. It was a relaxing interview he asked me about food service and I mention my family's restraunt that they had owned that I worked in and the customers knew me etc. So I talked alot about that life experience. The interview is for office work (phones etc.) I'm not sure what I should say. I MIGHT have my job coach go with me but was thinking of mentioning the following. Back while in College during the 2 week holiday I did a research paper. (IMO this shows dedication since while other students even the teacher were taking a holiday (Christmas break) I got to crackin on a research paper and had it done by the time the next semester started. (Is this an ok story?) Thanks. :-)

If they were to ask you to give them an example of a time when you showed dedication to your work then it would be perfect. The interviews I have had were always a question/answer thing. They ask you to tell a little about yourself and then they go through some questions in different categories. I have even had interviews where the manager sat there with a printout of questions. It was like talking to a robot.
Do you already know what format the interview will be? Has anyone told you how it will go?
