Anyone had to do a lunch interview before? I had my first a few days ago and it was probably a disaster. I wasn't really sure what to do.. I was having lunch and sitting around for almost 2 hours because they picked me up at the airport hours before the supervisors were ready to interview me. I'm assuming you're supposed to both a combination of the typical formal interviewing stuff and doing enough small talk to kill the time, but I probably had about 10 mins of small talk in me. Anyone have suggestions for this kind of interview? I hesitated to be too informal and I didn't have enough questions to ask about the job to fill 2 hours, so there was probably a bit too much silence on my part..

ask them about their work, birthplace, current place of work, town etc. when you make them talk ,and most people like to talk, then you can relax and enjoy.

Other than that, the normal stuff you should do at any interview - show you have knowledge of the company and what they do, ask questions about how they operate, ask them what they like and dislike about the company, etc.
