Well unemployment rates in Europe are stuck in double figures in most regions/nations. The US has a staggering 9% unemployment rate even with timed unemployment payments. The US has a fairly low minimum wage rate that barely covers the basics of life. Two jobs are usually needed to live in the US.

Well the jobs have been outsourced by multinational corporations to cheap overseas labour markets around the world in Asian and Latin America or where the wages are low. Companies make bigger profits selling the same items back to us at the same price or more at lower prices that boost profits. Corrupt governments: left and right wing have enabled the corporations in capital flight to shut up shop in the western world and set up shop in the cheap developing or third world nations.

Apparently if you listen to the media and the politicians we will all be better off from outsourcing and globalisation. I have personally been worse off from globaliation and outsourcing and I personally ca not find a job anywhere despite thousands of applications, years trying and failing and numerous qualifications.

Unions have now been banned by governments in some western world nations. Unions are only good if you have a job but well if you have no job Unions are useless for unemployed/unemployables.

Generation Y have high unemployment rates and high underemployment rates. 40% of the entire workforce are underemployed, listed as casual. Politicians/media sell the idea to the masses that casualisation and flexible workforce is the best thing since sliced bread. When you have no job, you ca not even afford bread.

The media keep telling the sheep that we will all better off in the long run and they keep pushing their Disney stories and treat us like idiots.

The Hollywood rags to riches propaganda is sold as the reality that everyone can rise from zero to hero in a fairy tales story.

We have to blame Religion, too! after all, our money does say "In God We Trust" on it, right?

It's actually too much supply of and not enough demand for labor.

Politicians will tell you that giving more money to the rich will create jobs. But they already have the most money they've had since the Great Depression! The real problem is that the other 99% of people don't have enough money to throw around and create a need to hire people.

The rich top 1% own and control 90% of the world wealth and they will never be happy until they own 100%.
The bottom 99% have been hoodwinked and tricked by the Media, Governments, Corporations and the Banks.

It is time to fight back against the Governments and the Banks and take back what is theirs.

The few super rich elites rule over the majority through a broken corrupt undemocratic system that they market as Capitalism, freedom and free choice.

The people at the bottom end of the spectrum on wlefare or homeless are powerless to do anything about it. The working class and middle classes are also powerless to do anything about this broken dysfunctyional system of Government that rules over the world since the dawn of Time.

The powerful elites have and will always will be at the top, when the majority are scared disorganised brainwashed powerless sheep. The system is as it is and it will never change.

The worst con is where the Banks get the money from to lend to you. They pull it out of thin air! Technically, it is your signature on any loan agreement that creates the money. And as all money can only be created by debt, the entire system is in perpetual debt due to interest.

Usury is the Devil's work.

I have to disagree. Psychopaths do what psychopaths do. Sure, they're at fault for being usurers, propagandists, swindler (like madoff), just as a rock and gravity are at fault if they bop someone in the head.

No, the real problems are naivete, ignorance, apathy, and all that empower such trait (pride seems to be especially notable here. Have any of you noticed how people will put a person down for not succeeding in life even if there was no way for them to? It must be their fault, after all, the societal systems we have work so well for some people! ).

I would agree with you.

Governments and banks are the lowest common denominator, the lowest possible energy state.
You cannot expect them to be any better than the average.

The solution immediately at hand involves ~10 feet of rope for every lamp post in Washington DC.
you can rest assured the next generation will be making that decision.

I sometimes wonder if Inflation distorts everything or contributes to the shift of dollars to the upper class.

I mean are the rich actually that much richer? Or do they have about the same level of wealth but it's expressed in more dollars then before? I mean it's weird how much does a luxury car cost today compared to maybe 20 years ago? Or a Private plane?

These would be things rich people have had before. I'm not sure they have suddenly gone to having 5 private planes or more houses then before or more yachts then before.

But what if because they have an advantageous position on top of our economy they can compensate themselves enough to maintain their comfortable lifestyle? What results is their apparent Salary seems.......... Inflated. It's huge and absurd how many piles of cash go their way while the people on the bottom have the same stagnate wages with declining purchasing power.

So I dunno maybe what we see is an emerging push back from Occupy Wall Streeters or the beginning of a tug of war over shrinking dollars.
