It has the answers to those stupid personality tests. Basically, you're a doormat who's never late for anything, loves rules, and prefers working to having fun. That's who employers want to hire.

I dunno about interviews though.

With the personality tests, try and think of it as being a steady eddie (unrealistically so).

Or, as a boy scout or girl scout (unrealistically so).

etc etc...and then...

You do not fake being polite >> SA

Hahahahaha.

The honesty questions are based on the following naive psychology:

If you are an honest person, you will view most other people as honest.

There might well be a variety of alternate sophisticated views, but these tests are based very much on the naive assumption.
