I just don't know how they do it.
I work at an old people's home, as a cleaner, doing 3 days a week, 6 hours a day (so that's 18 hours all together). That's good enough for me. But some other cleaners there are doing their usual 6 hours, but instead of going home they choose to stay on and do another 6 hours doing caring or going into the kitchen. I just don't know how they do it, because I couldn't. I could do it physically, but I mean I couldn't do it emotionally.
Is it because NTs have better coping skills? Or does having better social skills make the workplace more easier to function in? Being shy and withdrawed does make being somewhere where you can't be yourself a lot harder.
