This isn't very AS related but I was looking for a job and was wondering if when it comes to paper applications, is it frowned up to turn in scanned copies if applying to more then one of the same store?
That was I don't have to write the same thing over and over again. Or is it ok to open the application on the computer and fill in all the spaces with typed answers?
I would. I'd type in all of the answers that are common to both, copy the file and fill in the rest as applicable to each, then print out and sign by hand (though, I do have a scan of my signature that I can paste in, just in case I don't have the ability to print).
I have scanned plenty of paper forms and added fields to them in a pdf so I could type my answers instead of writing them out.
It's far more legible and is a handy copy to retain. I've never received any negative feedback for the uses I've had (ordering supplies mostly, some project management tasks)... I'm very anti-paper, and am happy to see the rest of society slowly catching up.
