2 languages being spoken at home, delayed language and ASD

I'm assuming this would have an effect on language development. anyway would the rule of no language delay for AS be relaxed in this situation? This was the case in my household. I think I met milestones but spoke very little.

-as of now official dx is ADHD (inattentive type) but said ADD (314.00) on the dx paper, PDD-NOS and was told looks like I have NLD

I do not think so - it may be interesting to look up statistics for Luxembourg, because this country is truly trilingual. All three national languages (German, French and Luxembourgian) are used in public space parallel.
